Comprehensive Energy Audits  

The energy audit is conducted by an energy consultant who is certified by the BPI - Building Performance Institute as a Building Analyst and Building Envelope professional. It’s a comprehensive home examination designed to uncover existing conditions within the home that are potentially cause homeowners to waste energy and absorb high electric bills.  Our energy audit includes a diagnostic test t measuring the amount of air leakage found within the house and air conditioning system.

 In addition will also consult with you, your energy use habits and energy bills, as well as comfort issues within the home (hot/cold rooms or low air circulation) to establish what low-cost repairs could be deployed to improve your home's performance/efficiency, lower your energy bills and improve the comfort and air quality in your home. We get you the comprehensive energy audit (Home Performance Analysis). While most firms charge from $299 - $499 to perform an audit, we complete the audit FREE to qualified homeowners.

 There are a variety of utility programs available which will rebate home owners up to 75% of the cost of the qualified improvements. Although every program is different, most of the programs require the auditing and/or contracting organization to carry specialized accreditations, licensing and insurance requirements in order to qualify for the program. During the audit process, we will explain all of your available incentives to you and facilitate all of the rebates on your behalf after the improvement process is complete.
